- 1 / 5By Alexandra HillI came in a group of 4 and we were seated outside. We were then told while looking over the menu that we needed to get up out of our seats because they sat the wrong party. They wanted us to GET UP because of their mistake! I have never felt so disrespected and embarrassed in a restaurant. We were not valued as customers . We politely got up and headed to American Social where we were immediately sat and enjoyed a delicious brunch buffet. Horrible and rude service at Big City Tavern we will NEVER go back.December 17, 2016

It is pretty pricy average of $20+ but if you got the $$ then defiantly stop by because it is worth it! Great staff, even had the manager stop by our tables to thank us for coming.November 03, 2016
