  Very unique bar with a very unique experience. Huge variety of beer with a pretty good menu to boot. Here is the basic concept: Inside the bar the walls are lined with glass door refrigerators, each filled with dozens of different types of beers. There are literally hundreds of different beers available to you. Servers do not bring you your beers, they are only there to order food. You go up and grab your own beers. At the end you bring your empties to the cashier who then adds everything up for your bill. So yes, this bar is on the honor system. A very cool concept.
  
  My favorite fridge is the one with all the local beers. This place is almost always packed (with good reason) so plan accordingly.
