Bravo's is an excellent restaurant. Their variety of soups and entrees are
great. The staff is very helpful. The atmosphere is great. The soups are

We arrived on the later end of what must have been busy lunch service for these guys, but the experience left much to be desired.

Bad service from staff who treated us as an inconvenience: Our waitress snapped with impatience at my lunch companion who was hard of hearing. We had to ask (twice) for cutlery and napkins after our food had already arrived. And somehow my pizza managed to arrive cold - I got the district impression it had been pre-cooked rather than freshly made.
