Been coming here for almost a decade and the charm still stands. The food is amazing, consistent and still well priced. The bartender, staff and owner are very delightful. The food was amazing 9 years ago and even better now. If you are looking for a great local spot that has stamped 17th St causeway for a very long time definitely try Carlos and Pepe's, you will not be disappointed. Cheers!!June 06, 2016
