Having spent considerable time in various Mexican Sates, one can recognize the authentic flavors. However, I found some of the dishes to be rather bland for my preference. Admittedly, if they were to have the full intensity of Mexican flavors, it could be overwhelming for some. We had a large party during our last visit and most people were happy with their choice of dinner.May 14, 2017
