As a local, unless you live close by there really isn't a reason to go out of your way to party here. Crowded, limited payment options, expensive. And while it is on A1A the beach is so large there that it's not like you have great ocean view.
If you are a tourist staying in the area, definitely check out Elbo room. Don't let my review scare you. It's a cool environment and bar.
