  We visited Kisses in October 2015 and had a 5/5 experience. The owner was friendly and the food was good. We went back last week and it was an entirely different experience. There was only one girl working the register and the line - she seemed unfamiliar with the menu, with where everything was located, and how to make what we ordered. She was frazzled, paralyzingly slow, and definitely needed support staff. It took 45 minutes from the time we placed 4 simple orders to the time we walked out with our food. All the orders were wrong in some way - like a grilled chicken sub instead of a chicken cutlet sub, even after we specified. Too bad because it's such a convenient location to the Sonesta and the beach! We'll stick with Primanti Brothers in the future.

  Do you want your food to be unedible, and terribly made??? Well come right on down, I ordered a chicken Parmesan and when I brought it my hotel room, all the oil and cheese and went through all the bread and bag layers, the bread feels like it's been dunked in water and then soft cheese and very hard chicken has been added to it, I considered returning it and asking for my money back but I just wanted to forget about the whole thing, my friend ordered the lasagna and it was about the same quality as the chicken. 1/10 would rather eat raw horse meat
