  If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. Our party consisted of eight adults and two 3 year old twin boys. We visited the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon around 2:00 pm, the restaurant was 20% full. You would think they are glad to have a party of 8 adults coming in and that we would have been a good opportunity to spend our money. I don't think Fabio, the restaurant manager has any clue of what customer service is all about. He is not only unprofessional, but also rude.
  The hostess doesn't speak English, a young blonde waitress is beyond arrogant and the food is only average. The only good guy there is the tall young man that ended up being our waiter. I wish I had his name.
  Like I said above, Fabio is horrible. If you have an issue with service, food or other he would rob it off and would give you attitude. This guy thinks he is doing you some sort of favor by serving you. He doesn't realize competition is rough in the restaurant business and he should promote his restaurant instead of denoting it.
  Do yourself a favor and avoid The Knife on Sunrise by the Sawgrass Mall. You are better off eating elsewhere.
