  I'm not a huge fan of TGI but here's why I'm giving it a 4.
  
  The waiter was very respectful and brought our food to us in a timely manner.
  The manager came over when I had a problem with my drink. Though the drink tasted water down when I received it. It still was well-blended just like I like it.
  I was celebrating a birthday with fam and we received a nice dessert.
  
  However it was a young lady that I just couldn't believe she would come to work like this. Her hair was just horrible. She seemed to look like she didn't have a care in the world on how she showed up to work. I understand if you are going through hard times but all she look like she didn't do brush it. I think working around people, you should at most look presentable.
  
  Okay I'm done ranting. But service was good.

  I sat and waited for a table for 30 minutes. After being seated we waited 40 minutes to be brought water and eating utensils. Then we waited an additional 20 minutes for our drinks when we ordered it as soon as we were seated. We spoke to the manager twice while we waited an hour for our appetizers. When we got our drinks they were watered down, and my entire meal was cold. I asked them to disregard the meal since it was cold and just give me another order of my appetizer because I ordered endless appetizer option, but I waited for another 30 minutes for that. Will not be going back to this location. Ever. Awful service. The manager did not even remedy the issues after speaking to us multiple times. And they also did not compensate for the check either. This location is seriously a waste of time. And I will be writing corporate to complain

  Worst location ever, took an hour to be seated and another hour to be served, everyone in the restaurant was upset and complaining. Don't come here,, go to a different Friday.

  Poor service. Floor is sticky around the bar and has a weird smell. Host failed to write my name down on the waiting list to be seated...ended up choosing to sit at the bar instead. Waitress brought drinks but forgot straws, food was very slow to arrive. Likely not staff's fault as location seems understaffed. Overall, not a good experience.
