- 2 / 5By Jenn JarkowI'm a long time customer, probably over 10 years. The pizza used to be outstanding; it's the only place I'd go. Lately it's been overwhelmingly disappointing. They get our order wrong almost every time we order. The crust is wet and soggy. The onions and sausage are raw. If you're going to get the order wrong at least bake it properly. I'm sad to say I need to find another pizza place that delivers to my address. I don't really know any other place in town because Times Square is the only place I order from. But it's been SO bad lately that I just can't anymore.April 22, 2017
